On Mondays 30 June and 7 July, there will be a welcome speech between 8:45 and 9:00 in room 0.32 of Drift 21.
On Mondays 30 June and 7 July, there will be an opportunity for students to discuss their work with other students and teachers at a poster session organized during the reception. There are still places available for the postersession. Please let us know if you want to present your research by means of a poster on one or two of these Mondays by sending us an e-mail.
On Monday 30th of June and again on Monday 7th of July, between 19:00 and 21:00, we are organizing drinks in the hall of Drift 21. You are all warmly invited to attend. The drinks on Monday 30th of June are organized by the Utrecht UIL-OTS Institute.
During the drinks on Monday 7th of July, there will be a poster session, where students get a chance to present and discuss their work.
