    Credits & papers

The 40 LOT credits you receive for participating in the courses during the LOT Schools are equal to: one week: 20 study hours and two weeks: 40 study hours. Your own University will decide how many ECTS credits you will receive for this amount of study hours. During each course an attendance sheet will circulate. We urge you to sign this each session of the course, because otherwise you won’t receive the 40 hrs. credit. Also, it gives us valuable information that is used in the evaluation of the courses.
For writing a paper you can check with the teacher of that course if he or she is willing to guide you. The teacher will explain to you which are the terms and possible credits. For meeting with a teacher for talking about a paper, please check with the course consultant about arranging a meeting. The teacher will then, after having graded the paper, send it back to us. You will then receive a testimonium.
